As I get older, my priorities have changed and staying healthy has become very important to me. I now focus on my health + wellness to become the best version of myself and to live longer + perform better personally and professionally. As a new family of 4, we are always looking for fast and easy ways to enjoy healthy foods. One of our cheat codes is Naked Nutrition. We absolutely love their products and they’ve quickly become a staple in our household! Also why the brand is always featured in Grungy Gentleman’s gift guide. Although there are so many great options, my two favorite products are the Chocolate Whey Protein and Brownie Mix.

Naked’s Chocolate Whey Protein contains the best ingredients consisting of grass-fed whey, raw cacao and coconut sugar. After I have a smoothie with these clean ingredients, I am ready to take on the day! Below, I included my personal smoothie recipe, but you could simply just mix the Chocolate Whey Protein with water and it tastes just as great. In my smoothie, I typically add in frozen fruit, but I have also tried numerous variations of this recipes adding additional ingredients like peanut butter and spinach. But above all…I love the simplicity. Life with young children and work can be demanding and being able to prepare something healthy in 1 minute is a game changer. The smoothie always leaves us feeling energetic and full, eliminating food cravings until dinner time. Naked’s ingredients never make us feel bloated and sluggish. There are no additives, it is GMO free, soy free and gluten free. The benefits are overwhelming which is why Naked will always be in my families diet. We love the peace of mind, knowing that we are going to get daily proper protein intake because of our smoothies.

Naked Brownie night is also a big winner in our household. The entire family loves it (but who in the world doesn’t love brownies :)). The brownies are also extremely easy to prepare and healthy. They are high in protein and low in sugar. It is hard to stop eating them because they taste so good lol. In the picture above, you can see my son Luca’s excitement, once he realized the brownie in my hand. Ingredients consist of coconut sugar, sea salt and other natural ingredients. There are no artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors. There are also no additives, it is GMO free, soy free and gluten free. The entire Naked Brownie mix process is the easiest thing ever. All you have to do is literally mix the powder with water, stir and toss it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Naked deserves a prize for creating something that is healthy, taste so phenomenal and is so simple to prepare, Naked deserves a prize for this. You really should take my advice and try it. It will instantly become part of your families dessert rotation and you won’t feel guilty eating it.

Glamping Hub created the ultimate winter getaway in Jackson Hole, Wyoming at Fireside Resort. Conditions were awesome, the cabin was incredible and the ski resort had over 400 inches of snow by February 22nd. With stops at Amangani, Bar Enoteca, Bodega, Handle Bar, The Mangy Moose + The Phoenix and The Dragon, the trip was all time. Being able to rock our Grungy Gentleman x Pendleton collab bomber jacket during après ski was a dream come true. This episode of Grungy Slopes delivers! Shot entirely with GoPro Max.

My favorite place on Earth is Goldminer's Daughter Lodge. I had the craziest experience of my life. There was a complete nuke fest powder day and a bluebird day.
